Our MAP Testing session begins today. Students will be tested in Math, Reading and Language Usage. MAP results, along with a guide explaining them and a goal setting sheet completed by each student, will be shared with parents at the first quarter conferences in October.

Nuestra sesión de exámenes del MAP comienza hoy. Los estudiantes serán evaluados en Matemáticas, Lectura y Lenguaje. Los resultados del MAP junto con una guía explicándolos y una hoja de metas fijada por cada estudiante, serán compartidos con los padres en las conferencias del primer trimestre en octubre.

The annual informational General Assembly will be held on Saturday, September 23, at 9:00 a.m. The Convocatoria went out last week.
Child care for those who need it will be available in the Early Childhood area.
Attendance to this informational Assembly is very important.

La Asamblea General informativa anual se llevará a cabo el sábado 23 de septiembre a las 9:00 a.m. La convocatoria se entregó la semana pasada.
Habrá cuidado de niños (as) para aquellos que lo necesiten, estará disponible en el área de Pre-escolar.
Su asistencia a esta Asamblea Informativa es muy importante.

The first Midterm Progress reports were sent home last Wednesday, September 13. If you have not seen your child´s report, please ask him or her for it. These needs to be signed and returned tomorrow. If a conference was not requested and you would like to have one, please call the school and set up an appointment with the teacher you´d like to talk to.

Los primeros reportes de progreso del Midterm fueron enviados a casa el miércoles 13 de septiembre. Si usted no ha recibido el reporte de su hijo (a), favor de preguntarle. Estos deben ser firmados y entregados a la escuela el día de mañana. Si no se le solicitó una conferencia y le gustaría tener una, favor llamar a la escuela y programar una cita con el maestro con el que le gustaría hablar.

From the date, we will have a dispatcher or MR (Monitoring and response) that will be monitoring the buses by radio, from 6:30 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and in the afternoon from 3:15 - 5:30 p.m.
With the following guidelines:
1-. Delays of 10 minutes, will be informed to Mr. Efrain.
2-. Delays of 15 minutes, will be reported to Coordinators via chat.
3-. Major Delays, Mr. Efrain will call parents of students who are transported on the route that has delays.
4-. A chat with MR telephone will be created including Dr. K, Coordinators, Ruth, Carolina and Mr. Efrain.
Any comments on the monitoring process or guidelines are welcome.

A partir de la fecha tendremos un dispatcher o MR (Monitoreo y respuesta) que estará monitoreando los buses por radio, de 6:30-8:00 A.M. y por la tarde de 3:15-5:30 p.m.
Con los siguientes lineamientos:
1-. Retrasos de 10 minutos, informará a Mr. Efraín.
2-. Retrasos de 15 minutos, se informará a las Coordinadoras en chat.
3-. Retrasos mayores, Mr. Efraín llamara a los padres de los alumnos que se transportan en la ruta que tenga retrasos.
4-. Se creará un chat con teléfono de MR incluyendo al Dr. K, Coordinadoras, Ruth, Carolina y Mr. Efraín.
Cualquier observación al proceso de monitoreo o a los lineamientos es bienvenido.

PROGRESS REPORTS - Please read and discuss the report with your child. The report needs to come back to the homeroom teacher with your signature.
